  • No, you will not be charged during your trial. When you check out, you will see the end date of your trial. Your credit card information is collected so that when your trial ends, no further action is needed to continue!

    If you wish you cancel, you can easily do so by selecting ‘Manage My Membership’ at the bottom of the Home Screen and following the prompts. Our Care Team is available to help you at any time. You can reach us at hello@mythrive55.com.

  • Monthly memberships can easily be cancelled through your app. Once a cancellation is initiated, you will not be charged again. You will be able to access your app for the duration of your monthly cycle and you will lose access when the cycle ends.

    Bi-annual members can cancel within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days and your membership will end after the six month cycle.

  • Yes! Thrive55 workouts are designed specifically to support those with physical limitations. We suggest looking through the workout library for seated workouts. Most exercises are modifiable to your comfort level. Remember, pain or dizziness mean stop!

    No matter your physical limitation, gentle movement is important for physical and mental wellbeing. However, please consult your doctor before engaging in any new physical activity.

  • Yes! We have many options for advanced, longer and higher intensity workouts. Explore our workout library for standing, advanced and targeted classes.

    Our LIVE classes, while seated, are full 45-minute workouts that really pack a punch. Even my 26 year old daughter reports working up a sweat and feeling sore the next day ;) These classes are Monday and Thursday at 10am MST.

  • Viewing workouts from your TV is easy if your system allows it! We recommend viewing your workout on your laptop computer or tablet (visit app.mythrive55.com) and connecting to your TV from there. Depending on your system, here are several ways to connect:

    • Roku Screen Mirroring

    • Apple TV Airplay

    • Firestick Mirroring

    • Use an HDMI cord to connect your computer to TV
